I have been a professional educator since September, 1999. Currently, I am a Mathematics teacher and Mathematics Department Chair at Hebron High School in Hebron, IN. I serve on both the high school and district technology committees and frequently conduct technology related training for teachers throughout the district.
I have programming experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and most recently Google Apps Script.
In February, 2016 I became a Level 1 Google Certified Educator (GCE) and I am planning on becoming a Level 2 GCE within the next few months.
Technology in (and out of) the classroom has become a passion of mine because as a I reflected on my own childhood I saw how transformative technology was for me and I want to help teachers make those same transformative experiences accessible to the students in their classrooms.
